Please read these terms carefully before booking classes or using our website.
Services
Flourish Family Education LLC provides childbirth education, newborn education, and related informational classes and services in both in-person and virtual formats.
Class Registration & Payment
All classes must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your spot.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers, including:
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All class purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
If a participant needs to cancel or reschedule, notice must be provided to Flourish Family Education LLC at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time in order to receive credit toward another class, either in-person or virtual.
Credits are issued at the sole discretion of Flourish Family Education LLC and may only be applied toward future eligible classes.
Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of class credit.
Weather Policy
Classes are not cancelled due to weather conditions unless specifically communicated by Flourish Family Education LLC.
If weather conditions require adjustments, participants will be notified directly regarding any changes to class format, timing, or location.
Educational Purposes Only
The information, opinions, recommendations, and educational materials shared by instructors during classes, on the website, or through related communications are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Flourish Family Education LLC or its instructors constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.
Participants should always consult with their physician, midwife, pediatrician, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, decisions, or conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, or newborn care.
Participation in classes does not establish a medical provider-patient relationship.
Assumption of Responsibility
By participating in classes, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in educational activities and assume responsibility for any decisions you make based on the information presented.
Flourish Family Education LLC is not liable for outcomes related to personal healthcare decisions or interpretations of educational content.
Intellectual Property
All class materials, website content, graphics, text, videos, and educational resources are the property of Flourish Family Education LLC unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission. Participants are not permitted to record any class.
