Childbirth and family education designed to help you flourish

A fulfilling, empowering birth starts with preparation and evidence-based information. The selection of classes below are built to educate, inspire, and encourage parents as they embark on their parenthood journey.

Join an intentionally small group of local families in each nurse-led course, where questions are encouraged and learning happens naturally under the guidance of an experienced labor/delivery nurse and Certified Childbirth Educator.

What We Offer

Our childbirth education classes are designed to be interactive, engaging, and fun, helping expectant parents feel informed and confident as they prepare for birth and early parenthood. Each class combines real-world knowledge with compassionate, practical guidance. We create a welcoming and comfortable environment where both the pregnant person and their supportive partner can learn together, ask questions, and take part in open discussion. Classes also provide opportunities to connect with other local parents, building community and support during this exciting season of growth in your family.

“Working with Meredith is like being held by a warm, cozy blanket. As an anxious, first-time mom, Meredith’s education and support throughout my pregnancy and beyond were invaluable. I always felt comfortable asking her questions and felt like I gained real, evidence-based knowledge with her response, Highly, highly recommend.”
