Welcome to Flourish Family Education - where our family and childbirth curriculum is built on 10 years of experience supporting expectant and postpartum families. Led by an experienced obstetric nurse, our in-person classes provide compassionate, clear, and up-to-date information. Our Services

  • Comprehensive, labor nurse-led prep for labor and birth. Build confidence with evidence-based tools and meet other local parents! Topics include but are not limited to: managing the end of pregnancy, labor relaxation techniques, what to expect at the hospital, birth and recovery, birth plan development. An in-person class.

  • Foundations for a successful feeding journey. Practical skills and clinical advice for the early weeks of parenting and feeding your baby and caring for yourself. An in-person class.

  • Essential skills for welcoming baby. Topics include but are not limited to feeding options, safe sleep, baby’s first year, and the transition into parenting. An in-person class.

Meet Meredith Clupper

BSN, RN, CCE

Meredith is a graduate of the Honors College at West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2016, Meredith began her career as a labor/delivery and postpartum bedside RN. Her passion for clear, compassionate education was solidified by a decade of guiding countless patients and friends through their childbirth journeys.

Meredith believes that a fulfilling, empowering birth and introduction to parenthood starts with preparation and evidence-based information. As a labor nurse, childbirth educator, and mom of two, she provides comprehensive, research-backed guidance to help families feel confident and supported as they flourish into parenthood.
